Strategy for 2007-08

Mali Seeds

  1. Set up a modernized Seed Testing Lab
  2. Purchased of modern seed processing machineries
The company has so many competitors in seed production business. The national level companies get their seed produced either in U.P. of in A.P. and have a high transportation cost. This gives our company a milage than the big competitors. We are trying to grow faster to leave our small competitors lagging behind. At this stage quality has taken a most important role in the market. So It is not possible to maintain the quality parameters without establish and modernization Seed Testing Laboratory. So it is the right time to establish a Seed Testing Laboratory under the Assistance of “Central Sector Scheme on Assistance for Boosting Seed Production in Private Sector”. Now a days right time availability of seeds in the door step of rural market is a bigger challenge for the Sales. It cannot possible if company is not improving per ton production capacity in hour. So, modern seed processing machineries purchase is only the solution.
  3. Conditioning Storage Godown Construction
In West Bengal due to higher relative humidity the seed storing is not possible for above six months. So boost up sales in Boro Season is impossible without a Air Condition Storage. In Boro season  company has a strong brand pull in the North Bengal market to meet up the sales demand in the North Bengal market it is necessary to set up one Air Conditioning Seed Store for storing a 400 M.T. Paddy seeds.
